We have over 15 years experience in the industry covering every area from domestic plumbing and heating, commercial projects and our main area of expertise – the new build housing sector. We are happy to work on a one-to-one, personal level with our customers – whether it be a central heating issue or a be spoke bathroom that requires project managing from idea to reality. Equally we are perfectly at home handling building sites for small, medium and national developers.

New Build
A new build project needs to be completed on time, within budget and to a high standard. Letting Agents
TJP Heating offer a tailored service for letting agents and landlords. From small works and maintenance to gas safety checks, we will ensure that any plumbing, heating or gas issue is resolved quickly and efficiently. We will keep you informed to any changes to legalisation and send reminders regarding CP12’s and servicing schedules for your properties. Individual rates and packages can be personalised based on the number of properties each client holds and we would be happy to discuss this further via our contact page.
Powerflush
If your central heating is noisy, slow to warm up and you have cold spots in your radiators – these are just some of the signs that a powerflush may be needed.
A Powerflush is a cleansing process which aims to remove deposits of sludge, rust and any other debris from your central heating system. These contaminants, if left, can seriously affect the efficiency of a heating system and in extreme cases can lead to boiler breakdown/replacement.
